Thomas Armstrong worked under Howard Gardner at Harvard's Project Zero and is a fabulous trainer on multiple intelligences. His provocative and controversial book on the "myth of ADD/ADHD_ is available here. Like Gramsci's notion of the "organic intellectual,_ that holds all humans without brain damage are "organically_ capable of being intellectuals, Armstrong argues that there is a natural genius of all kids and that all kids are gifted.
